Volleyball Recap: First Baptist Christian Triumphs

After losing to Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep the last time they met, First Baptist Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Frank on Tuesday.

First Baptist Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19.

First Baptist Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

First Baptist Christian will head out to take on Suburban Christian at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
