Volleyball Recap: Fountain Valley's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Kennedy Fighting Irish. The victory was some much needed relief for the Barons as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Fountain Valley's win bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Kennedy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.

Fountain Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sunny Hills on the 29th. As for Kennedy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Villa Park on the 29th.
