 The Bishop Lynch Friars's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Antonian Prep Apaches at 8:00  p.m.  on February 29th. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bishop Lynch had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They blew past the Crusaders 53-33. Given Bishop Lynch's advantage  in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings  (they are ranked 99th, while Concordia Lutheran is ranked 243rd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Meanwhile, Antonian Prep came tearing into  Saturday's  contest with 14 straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a  58-52 W over John Paul II.
 Antonian Prep relied on the efforts of   Emma Copeland, who  scored 15 points along with eight  rebounds, and   Kyzarriah Fox, who  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and 14  rebounds.  Ella Nietz was another key contributor,  scoring six points along with two  blocks.
 Bishop Lynch has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-12 record  this season. As for Antonian Prep, their victory was  their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 34-7.
 Bishop Lynch beat Antonian Prep 59-50  in their previous meeting  back in February of 2017. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Antonian Prep's  Bailey Boyle, who  scored 22 points along with three  steals.
