Baseball Recap: Bishop Diego Takes a Loss

Bishop Diego fell victim to St. Bonaventure and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-0 to the Seraphs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Cardinals have struggled against the Seraphs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Bishop Diego's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for St. Bonaventure, their record now sits at 9-7.

Coming up, St. Bonaventure will challenge Canyon at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Seraphs are facing the Cowboys at the right time seeing as the Cowboys are stuck on a nine-game losing streak. Bishop Diego will be paying especially close attention to St. Bonaventure's matchup: after St. Bonaventure faces off against Canyon, they'll take on Bishop Diego again at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
