Volleyball Recap: Warrenton Comes Up Short

Warrenton lost against Holt back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Indians.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-19, 25-11.

Holt found their leader in sophomore Ashlyn ` Winans, who had seven digs and five assists.

Warrenton's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Holt, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Warrenton will host Fulton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Holt, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against St. Charles West at 5:00 p.m.
