Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McKinley). They claimed a resounding 59-24 victory over the Bloomfield Cardinals. The win was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

McKinley's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-15. As for Bloomfield, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McKinley has already played their next matchup (against Western Reserve), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Bloomfield Cardinals duke it out with the Chalker Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
