Tillamook had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Astoria Fishermen by a score of 4-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 7-5 win on Thursday.

Tillamook's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Astoria, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
