Volleyball Recap: Preuss UCSD Finds Playoff Glory Versus Castle Park

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Preuss UCSD had no problem doing just that on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Castle Park Trojans 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tritons have posted since September 6th.

Preuss UCSD took Castle Park into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-9, 12-25, 21-25, 16-14.

Preuss UCSD's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-11. As for Castle Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-11.
