Recap: Atkins Camels vs. Dudley Panthers
This season hasn't been kind to the Atkins Camels, who are still winless after their seventh matchup. They took a serious blow against Dudley on Friday, falling 82-52. Atkins has not had much luck with Dudley recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
When it comes to explaining why Atkins lost, one person who can't be blamed is Laithan Atkins. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points. That's the first time this season that Atkins scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Daijon Lindsay, who scored 11 points.
Atkins' loss was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-7. As for Dudley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-3.

As for Dudley, they will head out on the road to face off against Bishop McGuinness at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
