Baseball Recap: Providence Academy Wins Going Away Against Northeast

Providence Academy saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They blew past the Northeast Eagles 14-1.

Providence Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Northeast, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Providence Academy will challenge Ooltewah at 5:00 p.m. on March 21st. As for Northeast, they will square off against Morristown-Hamblen East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Northeast has given up an average of 7.9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
