Recap: North Atlanta Warriors vs. Houston County Bears
The North Atlanta Warriors and the Houston County Bears squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the North Atlanta Warriors had to settle for second. North Atlanta took a 42-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Houston County. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Houston County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Antwann Hill jr, who threw for 298 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.2 yards per attempt. The team also got some help courtesy of Ricky Johnson, who picked up 128 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
North Atlanta's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Houston County, they have yet to lose a match on the road this season, leaving them with a 9-2 record.
North Atlanta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Houston County will take on Woodward Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Woodward Academy is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last eight games.
