Saguaro has gone a perfect 3-0 against Higley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Sabercats will be playing at home against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. This will be Saguaro's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

Saguaro is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arizona's top teams: Highland, who was ranked 18th at the time (Saguaro was ranked 21st). The Sabercats fell 28-21 to the Hawks on Friday. The game was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Sabercats couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Higley played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 50-7 loss at the hands of Mountain View. The matchup marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Higley and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Saguaro, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Saguaro didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Higley when the teams last played back in November of 2017, but they still walked away with a 37-31 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Knights' Draycen Hall, who rushed for 212 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.3 yards per carry.
