League recap: Milton Hershey stuns East Pennsboro in upset

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Milton Hershey, who took down 192nd ranked East Pennsboro, 14-13.

The Spartans were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in Mid-Penn - Capital. Earlier in the week, Milton Hershey triumphed over the Panthers 14-13.

Austin Wilson and Chase Shulda gave East Pennsboro a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Wilson threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns, while Shulda ran for 77 yards. Teammate Garrett Stuter added to the ground attack by rushing for 32 yards.

Danny Jackson was the best wideout in the league this week as Trinity bested Boiling Springs. Jackson racked up eight receptions for 125 yards. Alex Cramer helped Trinity's passing attack out by catching three balls for 40 yards.

Mike Boguski provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Shamrocks defeated the Bubblers. He completed 17 passes for 201 yards and one touchdown and also ran for one yards.

6-foot-3 quarterback Wilson of Todd Stuter's team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1238. He has also thrown 17 touchdowns. On the ground, Trinity's Adam Geiger has rushed for 1001 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jackson. The Trinity star has 28 catches for 488 yards.

A big matchup in Mid-Penn - Capital this week will be when Susquenita takes on the Spartans. At the moment, the Blackhawks are in second, while Milton Hershey is in third.

Bill Ragni's team extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Boiling Springs, 35-14. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
