Basketball Recap: Wyoming Takes a Loss

If Wyoming was riding high fresh off their 72-35 takedown of Wayland last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wyoming Wolves fell 60-50 to the Thornapple Kellogg Trojans on Friday. The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 65-54.

Wyoming has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Thornapple Kellogg, the victory also got them back to even at 10-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wyoming will welcome Union at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wyoming is facing Union at the right time seeing as Union is stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Thornapple Kellogg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
