Basketball Recap: Boise City Takes a Loss

Boise City lost against Sayre back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Boise City Wildcats were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 36-35 to the Sayre Eagles.

Boise City's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Sayre, they pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Boise City Wildcats take on the Tyrone Bobcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sayre, they will take on Navajo at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
