Basketball Recap: Indian Creek Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Indian Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Edison Wildcats on Monday as the Indian Creek Redskins made off with a 60-36 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redskins also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Indian Creek's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Edison, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Indian Creek will be playing at home against Harrison Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Indian Creek is facing Harrison Central at the right time seeing as Harrison Central is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Edison, they will venture away from home to face off against Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Edison will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Trinity Christian will have lost six straight heading into Friday's contest.
