Son of former Cincinnati and NBA star Kenyon Martin has grabbed attention early on this season at Chaminade (West Hills, Calif.).

The Southern California high school basketball landscape is currently loaded with sons of former NBA players.

Shaquille O'Neal, Dennis Rodman and Metta World Peace all have kids playing big roles on varsity teams.

Add Kenyon Martin to that list as his son, Kenyon Martin Jr., has busted out as a player to track at Chaminade (West Hills).

The elder Martin retired from basketball in 2015 following a 15-year NBA career. He was the consensus college player of the year at Cincinnati in 1999-2000.
