Basketball Recap: Schaeffer Academy Takes a Loss

Schaeffer Academy lost against Goodhue back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Schaeffer Academy Lions took a blow against the Goodhue Wildcats, falling 75-48. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 309th, while the Wildcats are ranked 136th).

Schaeffer Academy now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Goodhue, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Schaeffer Academy has already played their next game (against LeRoy-Ostrander), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Goodhue has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Kasson-Mantorville.
