West has gone a perfect 5-0 against Lansing recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The West Chargers will take on the Lansing Lions. West has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Friday, West came up short against Piper and fell 71-60. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 47th, while the Pirates are ranked fourth).

Meanwhile, Lansing was beaten by Shawnee Heights 78-48 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Thunderbirds: they've now lost six in a row.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Lansing, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9-1.

West strolled past Lansing when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a score of 68-51. Will West repeat their success, or does Lansing have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
