Leila Diebert Game Report: vs Rowland

Charter Oak found a leader in Leila Diebert as the squad took down Rowland on Tuesday. Diebert was unstoppable, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Diebert's strong effort led Charter Oak over Rowland and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
