Soccer Recap: Rice Consolidated Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Rice Consolidated was not quite Bay City's equal in the second half on Monday. They came up short against the Bay City Blackcats, falling 5-0. The Raiders haven't had much luck with the Blackcats recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Rice Consolidated's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Bay City, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 16-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rice Consolidated will challenge Palacios at 7:15 p.m. on March 4th. As for Bay City, they will head out on the road to square off against Columbus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
