Soccer Recap: St. Stephens Takes a Loss

St. Stephens lost against Newton-Conover back in September of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians lost 8-0 to the Red Devils. St. Stephens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Stephens' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Newton-Conover, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Stephens will host Asheville Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Newton-Conover, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Forbush at 6:45 p.m.
