Basketball Recap: Parsippany Comes Up Short at Home Against Villa Walsh Academy

Parsippany unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 70-30 defeat at the hands of the Villa Walsh Academy Vikings on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Redhawks of the 54-27 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Parsippany will take on Academy of St. Elizabeth in a holiday battle at at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Villa Walsh Academy and Arts will compete for holiday cheer at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
