Basketball Recap: Arlington Comes Up Short

After flying high against Sam Houston last Friday, Arlington came back down to earth. The Arlington Colts were beaten by the Bowie Volunteers 47-17 on Tuesday. The match marked the Colts' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Arlington's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-11. As for Bowie, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-14.

Arlington will square off against Lamar at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bowie, they are taking a road trip to challenge Haltom at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
