Volleyball Game Preview: Bessemer City Yellow Jackets vs. Lincolnton Wolves + How To Watch

Bessemer City is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will look to defend their home court against the Lincolnton Wolves at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Bessemer City had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Ashbrook on Wednesday. The Yellow Jackets put the hurt on the Greenwave with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Bessemer City was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Lincolnton took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over North Gaston. The win was nothing new for the Wolves as they're now sitting on four straight dating back to last season.

While Lincolnton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-8, 25-22.
