Baseball Recap: Hartford Central Find Success

Hartford Central's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Schroon Lake Wildcats by a score of 10-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The high-scoring effort was just what the Tanagers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

The victory got Hartford Central back to even at 3-3. As for Schroon Lake, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Hartford Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Hadley Luzerne at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Tanagers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Schroon Lake, they will head out on the road to square off against Wells at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
