Volleyball Game Preview: Haven Wildcats vs. Smoky Valley Vikings

Haven is 0-10 against Smoky Valley since October of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will host the Vikings. Smoky Valley took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Haven, who comes in off a win.

Haven took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Larned.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Haven took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Smoky Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Central Christian Academy on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Haven pushed their record up to 14-12 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Smoky Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-15-2.

Haven couldn't quite get it done against Smoky Valley in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
