Flag Football Recap: Jackson County Takes a Loss

After flying high against East Forsyth on Thursday, Jackson County came back down to earth. The Panthers took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grayson Rams on Monday. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The critical scores for Grayson came from Bailey Thomas and Gianna Carvalho.

Jackson County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Jackson County and Grayson will both be playing Norcross the next time they take the field. The Rams will head out to face the Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
