Softball Recap: Hamburg Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Hamburg is still undefeated this season after their contest against Twin Valley on Tuesday, but Twin Valley came as close as anyone has to beating them. Hamburg came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 8-7 W against Twin Valley. The eight-run effort marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Hamburg pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Twin Valley, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
