Heritage Academy's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Empower College Prep Wolf 54-11. The Heroes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Heritage Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aiyana Sims, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayla Santa Cruz, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 boards.

Heritage Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 36 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Heritage Academy's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-5. As for Empower College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Heritage Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 54-7 win against Imagine Prep Coolidge on the 6th. Empower College Prep has also already played their next match (against Heritage Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
