Basketball Recap: Dawson County Takes a Loss

Dawson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Havre Blue Ponies, falling 65-23. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Blue Ponies are ranked third).

Dawson County's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Havre, their win bumped their record up to 13-2.

Coming up, Dawson County will face off against Custer County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Havre, they have already played their next matchup, a 63-24 victory against Sidney on the 8th.
