Woodbridge had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Foothill Knights.

Vincent DeMarco made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February.

DeMarco wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Caleb Camacho, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Woodbridge's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Foothill, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 12-5.

Woodbridge has already played their next matchup, a 9-0 victory against Viewmont on the 1st. As for Foothill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Laguna Beach on the 1st.
