Soccer Recap: Chazy's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Chazy fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Lake Placid on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bombers by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for Chazy seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Chazy's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4-1. As for Lake Placid, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chazy will host Crown Point at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lake Placid, they will be playing at home against Schroon Lake at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Lake Placid's defense better be ready for this one: Schroon Lake have averaged an impressive 4.2 goals per game this season.
