Basketball Recap: Nichols Wins Going Away Against Olmsted

On Friday, the Nichols Vikings strolled past the Olmsted Owls with points to spare, taking the game 60-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Tre Paulfrey continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 10 of 19 en route to 28 points and six steals. The match was his fourth in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hezzy Hall, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.

The win got Nichols back to even at 10-10. As for Olmsted, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nichols will face off against The Park School of Buffalo at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Olmsted, they will square off against Burgard at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
