Soccer Recap: Moorestown Friends Comes Up Short

Moorestown Friends was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Lindenwold Lions. While losing is never fun, Moorestown Friends can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 486th, while Lindenwold are ranked 38th).

Moorestown Friends' defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Lindenwold, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season.

Moorestown Friends will head out to take on Palmyra at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Lindenwold has already played their next matchup (against Woodbury), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
