Preview: Braymer Bobcats vs. Liberal Bulldogs
After three games on the road, Braymer is heading back home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Liberal Bulldogs on Friday. Braymer will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 280th, while Liberal is ranked 130th).
Last Thursday, Braymer didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Hardin-Central, but they still walked away with a 36-30 win.
Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Liberal's good fortune finally ran out last Tuesday. They received a tough blow as they fell 58-40 to Diamond. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Liberal has scored all season.
Braymer's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Liberal, their loss dropped their record down to 5-1.
