Sean Smith Drops League-Best Performance on Friday
Starting off the list is Westlake's Sean Smith, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Smith threw for 123 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 68 yards on only six carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.

Douglas County was led to victory by Jacahi Streeter, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Streeter rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
