When it comes to explaining why Livingston lost on Friday, don't look at Ziekus Garner. Despite the final result, he went 9-for-16 en route to 20 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals. Garner's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was TROY GARNER, who posted 13 points and four steals.

Livingston has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 19-14 record this season. As for Tarkington, they pushed their record up to 24-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Livingston has already played their next game, a 52-45 defeat against Hamshire-Fannett on the 11th. As for Tarkington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-59 victory against Hardin-Jefferson on the 11th.
