The Milan Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Lawrenceburg Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Milan barely beat Union County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Indians were the clear victors by a 17-6 margin over the Patriots on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.
Kynadee Bode was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of her four plate appearances with two runs.
