Baseball Game Preview: Walnut Mustangs vs. Glendora Tartans

The Walnut Mustangs will head out on the road to take on the Glendora Tartans at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Walnut will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Monday, Walnut sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over Diamond Bar.

Meanwhile, Glendora hadn't done well against Bonita recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Tartans walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Bearcats.

John Seader was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three runs. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Jackson Glaze was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI.

Walnut's record is now 8-13. As for Glendora, their record now sits at 14-9.
