Basketball Recap: Frankfort Takes a Loss

Frankfort was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 50-12 loss at the hands of the Tri-Central Trojans. The Hot Dogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Kynlee Myers was Frankfort's leading scorer, having posted nine points.

Frankfort's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Tri-Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frankfort and Danville will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tri-Central will take on Clinton Central in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
