Marshfield came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Branson Pirates get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bluejays, who have now won eight games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Marshfield pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Branson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.
