Baseball Recap: Azusa Aztecs vs. Edgewood Lions
Azusa won the last time they faced Edgewood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Azusa Aztecs walked away with a 9-4 win over the Edgewood Lions.
Zach Huizar made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned runs off 13 hits (and only one walk). The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, Jacob Elliot was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
