While it was all tied up 13-13 at halftime, the Montgomery Bears were not quite the Alvin Yellowjackets's equal in the second half on Saturday. Montgomery fell to Alvin 35-31.

Among those leading the charge was Trey Falcon, who scored 11 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Cao, who scored 10 points along with 7 rebounds.

Montgomery has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Alvin, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Montgomery is on the road again on Saturday and play against Sterling at 2:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Sterling is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Alvin, they will head out on the road to face off against Terry at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
