Soccer Recap: University Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After soaring to five goals the game before, University was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to the Mountain Ridge Miners. University were not able to make up for their loss to Mountain Ridge from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

University has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Mountain Ridge, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Looking ahead, University will head out on the road to take on Buckhannon-Upshur at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mountain Ridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against GVCS Broadfording at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
