Dominican put their dominant pitcher on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Wednesday. They didn't even let the Milwaukee Riverside Tigers on the board, marking the Knights' second-straight 12-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won three contests by more than 11 runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lulu Sims made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Sims was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Emma Murray, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Ceci Parlier, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Dominican's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, Dominican will welcome Catholic Central at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hilltoppers have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. Milwaukee Riverside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
