On Wednesday, Washington blew past O'Connell, posting a 84-15 win at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Washington.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Washington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jonah Chiu, who scored 13 points along with 5 steals. Chiu continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Korey Abantao, who scored 16 points along with 4 steals.
Washington now has a winning record of 4-3. As for O'Connell, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington will take on Willow Glen at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for O'Connell, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lowell at 5:30 p.m.
