Volleyball Recap: Whittier Christian Takes a Loss

Whittier Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Valley Christian Defenders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Defenders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-10, 25-13.

Whittier Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Valley Christian, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-3.

Coming up, Whittier Christian will challenge Maranatha at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valley Christian, they will venture away from home to take on Santa Ana at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
