Baseball Recap: Bay Comes Up Short

Bay lost against Arnold back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bay Tornadoes took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arnold Marlins. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Camdyn Havel was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Johnathan Corona, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Bay dropped their record down to 5-3 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Arnold, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Bay didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-0 victory against Walton on the 4th. As for Arnold, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-2 win against Cottondale on the 3rd.
