Softball Recap: Schenck's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Schenck was feeling good fresh off their 16-6 takedown of Penquis Valley on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolverines lost 12-2 to the Stearns Minutemen on Wednesday. The loss put an end to the Wolverines' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Schenck fell to 2-1. As for Stearns, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, Schenck and Stearns will both be playing Penobscot Valley the next time they take the field. The Minutemen will host the Howlers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Wolverines will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
